Day 1- 50 minutes (of a now 13 week course!) covering an introduction into the exploration of Myofascia and Meridians. We discussed the central meridians, anatomy trains, and the connection between myofascial meridians and acupuncture points, emphasizing the importance of understanding body structure and the role of fascia in overall health. We also delved into the governing vessel and conception vessel meridians, their associated points, and their significance in traditional Chinese medicine. The conversation ended with discussions on proper breathing, posture, and the importance of good walking in reducing stress and improving overall well-being
